Seidman v. K-100 Radio LLC, Civil Action No. 1:23-cv-00115-SDG (N.D. Ga., Jan. 10, 2023)

A provider of photojournalism goods and services brought suit in the Northern District against a website operator for alleged copyright infringement and violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The Complaint alleges the Defendant, K-100 Radio LLC, removed the copyright management information from the Plaintiff’s photograph in order to display the image online in association with a news report. The Plaintiff seeks an injunction, actual and statutory damages, and disgorgement of all attributable profits.  

The case has been assigned to Judge Steven Daniel Grimberg.
