Ukoalabag, Inc. v. UUB, LLC et al, Civil Action No. 2:23-cv-00004-RWS (N.D. Ga., Jan. 6, 2023)

The Plaintiff alleges a former business partner stole their business ideas and products related to concealed carry utility bags, and has brought suit for trademark violation and various business torts in the Northern District. The trademarks in suit include the mark “UKOALA,” a stylized “U,” and certain koala bear images used in connection with the various specialty bags. The Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief for the alleged misappropriation, as well as compensatory and punitive damages.  

The case has been assigned to Judge Richard W. Story.
