SRAM, LLC v. FOX Factory, Inc., Civil Action No. 1:23-cv-00492-SCJ (N.D. Ga., Feb. 1, 2023)

A bicycle component manufacturer has brought suit in the Northern District of Georgia. The patentee alleges the Defendant, Fox Factory, infringes two patents, U.S. Patent Nos. 7,147,207 B2 and 10,328,993 B2. The patents-in-suit improve on bicycle suspension systems and steerer tubes, respectively. The Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief as well as monetary damages.
