Hanger Solutions, LLC v. Mediacom Communications Corporation, Civil Action No. 4:22-cv-00152-CDL (M.D. Ga., Sept. 28, 2022)

Hanger, a Fulton County-based company, has sued Mediacom alleging the infringement of five patents related to computer networking technology.

The plaintiffs allege that Mediacom’s Xtream high speed internet access services utilize various technologies patented by Hanger, related to functions such as domain name routing and managing the configuration of multiple computer devices. Hanger is seeking unspecified damages plus interest and attorney’s fees.

Update: On December 29, 2022, both parties filed a Stipulation for Dismissal dismissing all claims with prejudice.
